Virtual Worlds

Exploring and creating immersive and interactive virtual worlds.

From Blender to Unreal Engine, I’ve spent the past years designing, teaching, and researching within virtual worlds. As a designer, I continuously explore and experiment with both established and emerging 3D tools to tell stories through immersive media.

As a lecturer at Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences, I lead workshops on topics such as creating and animating 3D self-scans.

In my role as a practice-based researcher with Creating010, I examine the human dimension of 3D avatars and explore how future designers can engage with virtual touchpoints and tools in ethical and responsible ways.
